Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any enquiry or brokerage service offered by Stovios, an Australian sole trader (ABN: 67 830 802 541). By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the service
Stovios is a bulk-trade brokerage service for the beauty and cosmetics industry. We introduce and facilitate deals between vendors and buyers. We do not hold, warehouse, own, or take title to any goods at any stage of a transaction we broker. We act purely as an intermediary connecting parties and assisting with deal facilitation.
Stovios is not a party to the sale contract
Stovios is not a party to the underlying sale contract between any vendor and buyer we introduce. Any agreement for the sale, purchase, delivery, or supply of goods is made directly between the vendor and the buyer. Stovios's role is limited to brokerage — introducing parties and assisting with negotiation and coordination — and does not extend to being a seller, buyer, or guarantor of any goods.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stovios is not liable for:
- The quality, condition, safety, or compliance of any goods;
- Delivery, freight, timing, or logistics of any goods;
- The conduct, solvency, or performance of any vendor or buyer;
- Any dispute, loss, or damage arising from the underlying sale transaction itself.
Any dispute concerning the goods themselves — including their quality, delivery, or conformity with the sale agreement — is a matter between the vendor and the buyer directly. Stovios's liability, if any, is limited strictly to the brokerage service we directly provide, and nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
No warranties on introductions
While we take care in vetting parties we introduce, we make no warranty or guarantee as to the outcome of any introduction, negotiation, or transaction. Parties are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our enquiry form.
